No problem!  I got my own taste of their "customer
support" yesterday.  What a bunch of idiots! First I
had to use the "voice recognition system."  That was
beyond comical.  After telling me that I can simply
say "backup" to go back a menu at anytime, it asks me
what product I'm calling about.  So I say
"SuperStation."  It says "I did not understand, why
don't you tell me the type of product?"  So I say
"tape drive."  And it says "tape deck?" which of
course means radios, etc.  I say "no" and say instead"
backup drive" which of course takes me back a menu
because I uttered the magic word "backup."  The system
finally decides I must need to talk to live rep (ya
think?) The live rep then gave me a 30 minute quiz
before he would let me even tell him why I was calling
and then at the end gives me a phone number where I
have to "leave a message."  Based on the info from
your website, I sincerely doubt I'll ever get a return
phone call.  I did, however enjoy their pitch for
SuperStation tapes on the recording. 
Whatever...definetely a racket going on there!
