Re: Sony Sucks and what we can do about it.
Ray,
Yeah, Sony is a scum company. I have not purchased another
Sony product since they burned me on these SuperStations.
And I know that my Sony Superstation is Garbage website
(http://www.backwatcher.com/~amonk/sony_superstation.php)
has cost Sony many thousands of dollars in lost revenue since
I got mad enough to put it up and started hearing from other
Sony SuperStation burned consumers such as yourself. It has
not put Sony out of business, but has not helped them either.
It would have been far cheaper for them to have refunded my
Sony ShitStation crap. Oh, well.
They are also some of the biggest DMCA tyrants now too.
Imagine that.

P.S. I had nothing pressing to do the other day so I called
Sony's toll-free support number 5 or 6 times and let
it time out while I was "waiting for a resolution to my
customer problem." :-)
And then I surfed up some good new Sony email addresses
to be automatically CCd on all my Sony Superstation
related email form now on (staring with yours). :-)
