Add me to the list: I bought the piece of junk over a year
ago and ran it on win98. Spent hard-earned cash on a bunch of
tapes and when my backups failed called tech support that at least got me an
apparent backup … until I had to re-install. They did tell me that they did not
support the software as part of it did not work and they did not write it! CompUSA was singularly unsympathetic as
I had the unit over the 90 day or whatever the
deadline was. Is anyone taking
these as trade-ins? gfh |
