SuperStation is Garbage

First let me thank you for having created this
website.
I am having horrible difficulties with the Sony
SuperStation as well. Whenever I attempt to do a
backup the system crashes and restarts again-- a
terrible thing as it corrupts files in the process.
Formatting the tapes is another real horror. I have no
idea what to do. It was rather stupid of me to buy
this product from CompUSA even after I heard negative
things about it. I Just want you to know that I 
recommended to  friends that they sell their shares in
the company; Sony's failure with this product clearly
indicates to me that there is something very wrong
with the company; I find even shocking that CompUSA
would sell a junk like this. Incidently,  I had a
simmilar experience with Lucent technologies before
their stock crashed--largely the result of poor
accounting practices...Ofcourse, some of the product
that I was buying from them signaled  that the company
was already in chaos way before their parctices were
made public.
