SONY Superstation is indeed gabage

I too was deceived by SONY when I purchased the Superstation.  I thought the name SONY meant something.  However it seems to me that SONY uses its name to rip us off.  The machine is a nightmare.  even with Windows98 and the optimal DMA settings, it still crashes.
   I feel deceived.  I truly think that SONY needs to make restitution or be taught a lesson.  I feel that there should or ought to be laws against SONY's deceptive business practice.  They should recall the deceptive machine or give a refund.  For the first time, I feel deceived to have bought a SONY.  
   I think there is ground for a class action law suit against SONY to either give refunds or provide the necessary software for the Superstation
