prohibited from exposing corporate documents to alien organizations
without written authorization from the Department of Services (DoS)
- To safeguard and protect Intellectual Property, personnel must
obtain a Humanistic
Property License Agreement, signed by an authorized agent of
alien organizations prior to the creation of Visage Facsimiles of
personnel by alien organizations
- To safeguard and protect the corporate body from Intellectual
Property (IP) liabilities
- personnel are prohibited from posessing or using the proprietary
software of alien organizations
- personnel are prohibited from posessing or viewing documents
structured in the proprietary formats of alien organizations
- To ensure strict adherence to corporate policy, personnel must
seek guidance from Head Office (HO) regarding all activity
requiring decisions
